Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?
Absolutely. All transactions are completed on a secure server. This secure server encrypts your personal information to make on-line credit card usage as reliable and safe.
Need to make a return or exchange?
We accept any return for any reason as long as the item is in its original condition and is returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

After your order is processed, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail that will provide information on your order.
What if a product is sold out?
Should an item sell out, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on backorder. It is extremely important that you include a valid e-mail when ordering.
What are my payment choices?
We are glad to accept MasterCard and Visa. Sorry, we don’t accept C.O.D. orders.

How do I know what size of clothes to order?
Generally, our shirts have a casual, non-tailored fit; so if you order your usual size you should be okay. Of course, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can as long as the item is still in stock.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are included in the price of each item. You are responsible for shipping costs should you return an item. We suggest that you insure your shipment for your own protection when sending something back to us. You will not be charged an additional shipping charge when we ship an exchange to you.

What is a back-order?
When you order an item and it’s out of stock, we’ll ship it to you as soon as possible.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order via U.S. Mail or UPS Ground Service as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. High order volume periods can delay items. Some items such as shirts and videos can take up to four weeks for delivery. It is important to keep this in mind when shopping for holiday gifts or special occasions. When you order an item and it’s out of stock or back-ordered, we’ll ship it to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy is easy. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition, to the same address it was shipped from and we will replace it or reimburse you in the same form as your original payment. Be sure to use the mailing label that was enclosed in the original shipment. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT.
TAX ISSUES
You will find The Management Advantage headquarters in Valley, Alabama. We are required to collect taxes on shipments sent to states where we have either an office or employee. Therefore, we will only charge sales tax for orders from the state of Alabama.
