It’s time for the final phase of Tom’s Project 17…fall food plot planting. Through the first parts of the project, mast producing trees were planted, native warm season grasses were put in, perennial plots were planted, and a Redneck Blind was set. All of this on a 17 acre piece of the farm that was taken out of production AG and converted to diverse whitetail habitat. The final piece of the puzzle for 2019 is now in place with a combination of Pennington Feeding Frenzy and Dual Season. This combined with some well located homemade scrape trees and the trap is set.
