Tom James lives in central Indiana with his wife Lora and his daughters Morgan and Lauren. Tom attended Purdue University majoring in landscape architecture with a minor in wildlife management. Tom owns and operates a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company serving the Indianapolis area. He also developed The Firminator food plot implement in 2003 and now owns and operates Modern Habitat Solutions providing customers with various land improvement products and services. Late in the winter he spends time mounting deer heads in his home based taxidermy studio. A passionate steward of the land, he also serves as the local branch president of the Q.D.M.A. Any spare time will find him at his home away from home farm 80 miles away in west central Indiana, working on one of many improvement projects.
