BES is an 8 year old miniature Australian Sheppard.  She was born in Savannah GA at Dynasty Aussies.  Since joining The Management Advantage team, BES has studied food plot layout and design, timber management.  pond management, and many other aspects of the wildlife consulting business in addition to her duties as co-host of TMA.  However, she has excelled in one particular field……blood trailing wounded deer.  She has successfully mastered the art of finding wounded deer.  She has recovered deer for members of the TMA team and consulting clients in many different states.
