Casey would have to say his true passion for Management started 8 years ago when he met Chuck on a hunt in Illinois. Shortly after, he became the videographer/producer of The Management Advantage. However, his passion for hunting and being in the outdoors began when he was barely old enough to walk! Casey has memories of sitting between his father’s legs in the deerstand that really shouldn’t have held up one person let alone 2! He grew up on a farm in west central Illinois, where they hunted for food rather than as a sport, but now his family has evolved in to full time managers of this great land! Casey also has to give credit to his grandpa for shaping him into the person he is today. Whether it was just a simple ride out to the farm to look at deer or taking his prized ranger bass boat to the lake for the day to go crappie fishing, he always found time to share his passion and pass it on. Casey has been very fortunate to have these two men in his life to lead me down this path with this great company.
