Chuck Sykes has been hunting since the age of six. He took his passion for the outdoors and earned a degree in wildlife biology from Auburn University.

While in school, Chuck worked as a guide for some of the finest commercial lodges the south has to offer. He assimilated the hands-on knowledge from the field with the scientific instruction from the classroom to create his own successful full-service management consulting firm. Since then, he and his team of consultants have managed 100’s of thousands of acres across the country. In addition to the consulting service, he and his wife created The Management Advantage. The original TV show solely dedicated to wildlife management and land conservation.The Management Advantage has the privilege of boasting that it is a “first”.  In April 2001, we brought you the first program devoted to YOUR management needs around this great land of ours.
