Growing up on a farm with six fish ponds, Kevin Rhoades developed a love of fishing and the outdoors from his dad at a very young age. He graduated from Auburn University in 1998 with a degree in Fisheries Biology (Management). In 1999, Kevin and his father started a pond management company, Southern Aquatics. Located in Enterprise, Alabama, this company manages and consults for lake/pond owners and plantations across the southeast. Some of the services the company offers include: liming, fertilization, electro-fishing surveys, aquatic weed management, and fish for stocking. Kevin became affiliated with Chuck and the Management Advantage in 2003. Kevin lives in Enterprise with his wife Amy, daughter Lily (7) and son Brody (3).
