Ross’ passion for the outdoors started at a young age and has developed into an obsession as of present day. Upon completion of his Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis in agronomy, he searched every possible facet to never stop his pursuit and management practices towards the elusive whitetail. His degree and farming family upbringing has allowed him to apply farming practices to his food plot management, and his hunter’s instinct to harvest some impressive mature whitetails. Currently he is serving as a Resource Conservationist in Central Illinois, involved in his family farm operation, and cattle business. His love for the outdoors couldn’t be possible without friends and family to share it with. His interest began as a little boy hunting with his dad, but the story of his true obsession begins with The Management Advantage.
